Assess your requirements
One of our surveyors will assess the volume of items to be stored and discuss any specialist handling, packing or access requirements.
This can be conducted at your property in person or via virtual survey. We will determine the space you need.

Choose your packing option
Most clients prefer to use our professional packing service. Our trained team carefully wrap and protect every item. When your items are packed by us, your belongings remain insured too.
Alternatively you can pack yourselves and we can get the boxes delivered out to you in advance of the big day.

Arrange your move
Once your packing is complete, we coordinate the pickup of your loaded boxes and transport them to our secure storage facility.
Items are carefully loaded into dedicated storage containers which are sealed, labelled and placed within our monitored storage environment.

Access and return
When you are ready for your belongings to be returned, simply contact our team to arrange delivery.
For access to stored items, we require a minimum of two working days notice. A small charge applies for on-site access, we can also deliver selected items back or all your belongings.
You moved myself a few weeks ago and then my partners things from storage yesterday. Great all round. From Steven doing the quote, the staff in the office to the guys that do "the heavy lifting" all a great bunch of people. Moving is stressful - for me with a broken leg and using the packing service a life saver.
