Our virtual surveys connect you with our experts using your smartphone and typically take 30–60 minutes. They provide an accurate quote without the need for an in-person visit, making the process quicker and less stressful.

This is especially useful for long-distance or time-sensitive moves, allowing you to organise everything from home and receive a fast quote, sometimes even enabling same-day moves when time is critical.

In-Person Survey

While virtual surveys offer speed and convenience, we understand that some clients prefer face-to-face interaction or need a more detailed assessment for larger or complex moves.

In these cases, we also offer traditional in-person surveys, allowing our team to evaluate your requirements in person and ensure nothing is overlooked.
