Responsible cardboard recycling

We take our environmental impact very seriously and have invested in a cardboard compacting machine to process all our boxes at the end of their life. By compressing used cardboard, the machine significantly reduces the volume of waste we produce. This means fewer trips are needed to transport the material for recycling, lowering fuel use and associated emissions.

Compacting also ensures the cardboard remains clean and contained, which improves the efficiency of the recycling process and increases the likelihood that it can be fully recycled into new products.

Once compacted, we transport the bales to a recycling centre, ensuring the material is responsibly processed and kept within the recycling loop rather than entering landfill.
