The Virtual Survey
We offer a FREE virtual survey via video call using specialist software to assess and measure the items in your move.
This typically takes 30–60 minutes.
If you have already exchanged contracts, you can agree your moving date. If not, please contact us before exchange to check availability for your preferred date. For larger or more complex moves, we may arrange an in-person home survey.

The Packing
We drop off all of your packing materials in advance of your move giving you as much time as you need.
For an extra smooth move, let our trained experts take care of it with our Professional Packing Service. If you aren't moving straight into your new home, we offer safe and Secure Storage in between moves.

Moving Day
Our experienced team bring an element of calm and reassurance to the big day. Your belongings are carefully loaded and then, after completion, driven to your new home or if required, to our 24-hr monitored storage facility.
We'll place your furniture and boxes just where you need them so you can focus on settling in.
What happens if there's a delay? We offer a delayed access waiver.

After Your Move
For moves within the Home Counties, when you've finished with all of your empty boxes and any unused packing materials, we'll come back to collect them free of charge.
We try to re-use as much as possible or carefully recycle to minimise the impact on the environment.
