He values the contributions of his long-standing team members and takes pride in working alongside his daughter, Richenda, who joined the company as a virtual surveyor in 2019.

Office Manager
Louise joined In Excess Removals in the early days of the business, assisting in the office as the company was growing .
From the outset, she played an important role in supporting clients and helping ensure the smooth running of the office as the business developed.
